2011 Raystown Lake Events

Friday, April 1, 2011 – Seven Points Campground Partially Opens – Ridge, Point and Lower Senoia are open, available by walk-in only.

Friday, April 1, 2011 – Branch Camp opens – open to the public, available by walk-in only.

Friday, April 8, 2011 – Lake Raystown Resort facilities open – Lodge, Campground, Restaurant and Marina Services available.

Thursday, April 14, 2011 – Friends of Raystown Lake meeting – open to the public, visitors encouraged.  At Hoss’s Steak and Sea, Rt. 22, Huntingdon, dinner at 6:30 PM, Meeting starts at 7:00 PM.

Friday, April 15, 2011 – Visitor Center open daily according to the following schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM               Monday - Friday
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM            Saturday
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM            Sunday

Saturday, April 16, 2011 – Seven Points Marina opens – Marina facilities open for 2011!

Friday, April 22, 2011 – High Germany Gate opens – Gate no. 28, off Rt. 994, 1 mile east of Rt. 26, is open for vehicle access for spring turkey hunting.

Friday, April 29, 2011 – Meadow Camp opens – Meadow Camp opens and is available by walk-in only.

Saturday, April 30, 2011 – Lake Cleanup Day – Volunteers and boats needed!  Show your love for Raystown and help us pick up trash along the shoreline.  Free lunch provided, contact Melissa Bean for details at 814-658-6812 or Melissa.j.bean@usace.army.mil
