Aitch shelter sits in a generally sunny area and overlooks the Lake.  Lakeside fishing piers and excellent aquatic habitat makes Aitch a popular area for shoreline anglers.  Enjoy a picnic and fish away the afternoon!

Google Map-It LogoDirections:  Aitch is located near the town of Marklesberg, PA.  From southbound Rt. 26 at Huntingdon continue 10.5 miles to Marklesberg.  At Marklesberg turn left onto Aitch Road (marked by sign).  Aitch Road leads directly to the launch (0.8 miles)

  • Vault Restroom (pit toilets)

Shelter parking:  A shelter parking lot is provided, separated from the main boat launch parking lot. Trailers are not permitted in the shelter parking lot under any circumstance.

Visitors with boats: On summer weekends and holidays parking for visitors with trailers is very limited.  Users are advised to arrive early. Trailer parking is not guaranteed with a shelter reservation.  Visitors should be prepared to park in alternative locations outside of Aitch.
